Title Production Assistant

Buffalo Land Abstract is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Title Production Assistant. This position is responsible for providing support in various areas of Title Production, including order entry, typing, scanning, shipping, and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
- Efficient and accurate entry of orders into the system

- Typing and processing various title documents

- Scanning and organizing documents for record-keeping

- Assisting with shipping and receiving of important documents

- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proficient typing and data entry skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work in the office from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday

- No prior experience required

Pay: $18.00 - $21.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
