Title Clerk

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Clerk. As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transactions. This position requires knowledge of DMV title processing, strong communication, and exceptional customer service skills. Duties:

• Process tag/title work on all retail deals. Make sure copies are in the deal.
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all title-related documents
• Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels

Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues promptly

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.

- Must have current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

- Professional appearance and strong work ethic

- Title experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

- Notary public

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)

- Automotive accounting or CDK/AUTOSOFT experience preferred
