Automotive Title Clerk

Capital Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk for our Corporate Office located in Raleigh, NC. Our office manages the administrative and accounting functions for one of the fastest growing dealer groups in NC at 19 stores and counting.

Title Clerks Responsibilities

• Track pending vehicle titles

• Track and confirm lien payoffs

• Prepare daily title work and submit to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)

• Satisfy any DMV questions or concerns

• Enter accounting data into our software system once title work is complete and maintain the schedule associated

Title Clerk Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills – able to multitask

• Attention to detail

• Self-starter and team player

• Title clerk experience preferred

• Current North Carolina Notary Public a plus or willing to obtain

• Proficient with standard computer software & accounting software

• Available to work required schedule

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
