- Prepare DMV and title work for all sold vehicles, and send to the appropriate state agencies
- Maintain accurate records and files of current titles of inventory vehicles
- Correct any errors discovered while handling and administering titling paperwork
- Answer and handle telephone calls in a designated, appropriate manner
- Assist in following up on sold vehicle contract funding, in preparation of administering and consummating title paperwork transactions
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer interactions
- Assist accounting personnel in requested tasks, including but not limited to:
- DMS Data Entry, including Inventory Maintenance
- Preparation of Reports
- Preparing checks and expenses
- Preparation and sending of business mail
- Cashier Duties, including Credit Card Batches
- Dealer Plate Log Tracking and Inventory
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
