JOB SUMMARY: The Tinley Junction Manager operates the miniature golf course, batting cages, and concessions, including the supervision of Concession Attendants and maintaining the overall appearance of the facility. The Manager is responsible for interviewing and hiring staff, ordering supplies, scheduling repairs/maintenance for equipment, working/maintaining budget, and ensuring health and safety guidelines are being followed.
LOCATION: Tinley Junction, 16801 S. 80th Ave, Tinley Park
QUALIFICATIONS: The qualified individual should be able to communicate effectively with adults and children of all ages. Knowledge of state and county health regulations and food/health sanitation guidelines is required, as well as basic bookkeeping and fiscal procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and direct reports. High school diploma required; some college level education preferred. Current CPR certification or the ability to gain CPR certification is required.
INCENTIVES: This is a part-time, seasonal position with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts during the weekday and weekend. Scheduled hours will vary throughout the season averaging from 15-25 hours/week. Payrate is $17.00 per hour and qualifies for a complementary membership to the Fitness Center, Recreation Center, Water Park and Dog Park. Flexible work hours are required.
