WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Time & Attendance Product Owner Role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the UKG Pro Workforce Management solution implementation for Time & Attendance.

This role will partner with the global UKG program design team and peers in key geographies and/or global teammates on implementation. This role is responsible for providing input on solutions to enable the business strategy and will serve as the front door to technology for intake, prioritization and solutioning for our global teammates. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In this role, you will work with our HR and Technology partners across the globe to support the implementation of UKG Pro Time & Attendance.

You will use your Time & Attendance expertise to support HR processes and identify solution options for our partners. Leveraging your skills as a Business Analyst you will also support gathering business requirements, system testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across for our global teammates. Strategic: You will partner with the vendor implementation team and technology team to influence the implementation requirements, design, understanding and articulating business needs to drive and evaluate/set implementation roadmap priorities.

Execute against the program governance framework, key performance indicators and service level agreements flexing where necessary due to geography business practices, customs, and/or regulations Provide guidance and recommendations on system functionality and design in line with best practice and global governance. Assess effectiveness of existing HR policies, guidelines, and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution Leadership: Lead implementation for UKO Pro Time & Attendance, driving design documentation of local requirements with a global lens to ensure consistency for future implementation waves, drive data conversion requirements, validation of design such as validation of Workday design against local requirements, testing, implementation and after go-live care. Lead ways of working within the program governance in partnership with TPM, Engineering and HR & Payroll Teams WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will collaborate with our the UKG Time & Attendance program team, HR & Payroll Functional teams, and our HR Technology teams.

You will also collaborate with other HR Product Owners, HR Business Analysts within our HR Systems, and our technical team to drive consistency in approach for global processes and systems. Qualifications: Experience with global (EMEA strongly desired) Time & Attendance solutions; UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Central or Kronos A minimum of 5 year's experience in global HR and payroll processes; shared service center/operations experience is preferred Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment Ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various customers to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support strategic objectives, and meet all legal requirements Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including ability to prepare materials for audiences at all levels of the organization Proven experience working on large enterprise projects Retail, Manufacturing or Distribution experience highly desired General understanding of Workday Core HCM desired but not required Published on 01 Mar 2024, 7:15 PM
