Collective Influence is adding a new Content Creator for our Tik Tok social media platform! As our Tik Tok Content Creator, you will develop and produce engaging and viral content for all our Tik Tok accounts. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, storytelling abilities, and knowledge of the TikTok platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, film, and edit short-form video content for various TikTok pages
• Incorporate brand voice and values to progress business goals and objectives
• Stay informed and up-to-date with current meta, trends, and challenges on TikTok
• Leverage research to creatively to inform, drive engagement and increase reach
• Collaborate with Branding and Marketing teams to align projects and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze content performance, tracking key metrics and be able to articulate the results to drive data-driven decisions
• Ability to be flexible and adaptive, working on multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Excellent experience and knowledge of the entire Tik Tok platform
• Strong video capturing and editing skills, utilizing multiple techniques
• Experience with organic and paid ads in marketing campaigns
• Experience working and collaborating with other Content Creators
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms preferred
• Direct response Marketing preferred

Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

• Schedule: M-F, 9-5, weekend flexibility, travel (about 1-3, 2-day trips/month)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
