Social Media Content Creator (Tiktok Specialist)

As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator with a strong emphasis on TikTok to join our team.

Job Description

• Produce and edit original and engaging TikTok and Reels content that drives engagement and keeps Miche Beauty top of mind across the ever-evolving Social Media landscape
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Participate, and lead Tiktok lives to produce awareness and sales
• Plan and publish organic social content on TikTok as assigned, including the writing of organic copy
• Monitor and moderate all social mentions of brands across TikTok to protect the brand, inform reporting, and identify engagement opportunities
• Engage with our TikTok community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and campaigns for TikTok.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok metrics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities on TikTok to identify new opportunities.
• Identify influencers and creators who organically engage with the brand that would be a good fit for brand programs and partnerships

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator with a focus on TikTok. Please provide a portfolio or examples of your TikTok work.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform, trends, and best practices.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging TikTok content.
• Proficient in video editing software and tools (e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Passion for Social Media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with brands or companies in the beauty industry or a similar industry/sector.
• Familiarity with other Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook and Youtube

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
