We are seeking TIG Welders/Fitters who are looking for a challenging and dynamic opportunity. We LOVE experienced candidates, but we also provide excellent training to those with less experience - for those motivated to learn!

Our Welders/Fitters earn up to $32.00/hour, depending on experience and skill set. We encourage growth and development and offer training for those looking to advance their skills.

This position requires between 50 – 75% travel and some weekend and holiday work. In our fabrication shop, we have a variety of projects that change frequently and keep the job interesting.

Candidates should be reliable, motivated, knowledgeable, and respectful. We are looking for someone that wants to excel in both welding and fitting and who will eventually be able to lead a team of 2-4 welders.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for following all safety policies and procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for recognizing and observing all plant rules and GMPs.
• Assumes responsibility for fitting and welding stainless tubing systems to meet 3A standards including hangers, supports and related items within the first year of employment.
• Assumes responsibility for reviewing the scope of the job before and during with team members.
• Assumes responsibility for completing and submitting documentation in a timely manner.
• Assumes responsibility for acting and dressing professionally at all times in the shop and at customer facilities.

Skills/Qualifications needed:

• Must be able to stand, sit, lay, climb and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel up to 75%.
• Must be able to work overtime and holidays as requested by the company.
• Must be able to pass 6G weld test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
