Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline IT support for company hardware and software, including computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, applications, and platforms.
- Efficiently respond to and resolve Level 1 & 2 requests using expertise, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases.
- Support clients via tools like N-able / ConnectWise.
- Handle workstation set-up for new employees, client PC refresh, and data migration.
- Assist with the operation and troubleshooting of peripherals, conference room equipment, and AV systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Minimum: High school diploma (Associate's or higher preferred).
- 1-3 years in a Help Desk/Desktop Support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Operating Systems, Office suite, OneDrive).
- Experience with ticketing, support tools, and troubleshooting Windows 7-11, MAC OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Skills in command prompts, LAN/WAN connectivity issues, and printer maintenance.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
- Microsoft Certifications (MTA, MCSA, or MCSE) are a plus.
Additional Information:
- Primarily in-office role; work from home allowed under specific circumstances.
- Candidates must have a stable, non-wireless internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Job Details:
- Full-time position: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour.
- Shift: 8 hours, between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM EST.
- On-call duties as required.
- Vaccination requirements may apply for on-site client visits.
