Tier 1 Help Desk Administrator

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk Administrator to support systems. This position requires an understanding of conference room technology systems, meeting/preparation support and setting up Windows accounts using Active Directory.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience using Windows 10, and Active Directory
• Experience/working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• History of customer service
• Experience with ticket management systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Manage Engine, etc.)
• BS or BA in a related field
• IAT Level II DOD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (Security+)
• 2 years related work experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Environment
• Experience in test and/or BMDS
• Experience working in secured spaces
• Experience creating RSASecurID accounts
• Understanding of conference room technology systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Security Clearance Requirements:
• Secret clearance required.
