Job Description
Qualis Corporation is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk Administrator to support systems. This position requires an understanding of conference room technology systems, meeting/preparation support and setting up Windows accounts using Active Directory.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience using Windows 10, and Active Directory
- Experience/working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- History of customer service
- Experience with ticket management systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, Manage Engine, etc.)
- BS or BA in a related field
- IAT Level II DOD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (Security+)
- 2 years related work experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Environment
- Experience in test and/or BMDS
- Experience working in secured spaces
- Experience creating RSASecurID accounts
- Understanding of conference room technology systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Security Clearance Requirements:
- Secret clearance required.
