Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Game Day Ticketing Staff. This role will be responsible for supporting our ticketing operations during game days, ensuring efficient ticket transactions and seamless entry for fans. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in both Box Office Associate and Ticket Scanner positions based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticket sales for pre-purchased and walk up purchases during game days.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting patrons with ticket purchases.
  • Ensure accuracy in processing payments, issuing receipts, and distributing tickets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at the box office.
  • Use handheld scanners or mobile devices equipped with barcode or QR code scanning technology to validate event tickets at entry points.
  • Ensure efficient and quick verification of ticket authenticity while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards fans.
  • Assist fans with scanning their tickets and provide guidance on event locations and amenities.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe and orderly entry process for all fans.

Additional Information:

  • This position is part-time and will primarily involve working on game days.
  • Training will be provided to familiarize staff with ticketing systems and procedures.
  • The Game Day Ticketing Staff will be part of a pool of employees, allowing flexibility in scheduling and role assignment based on operational needs.

Duration:

  • May - October 2024 (end date dependent on Hailstorm placement in 2024 USL League One Playoffs)

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing software is a plus.
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to commute to Future Legends Complex.
  • Availability to work 15-20hrs/week including evenings and weekends.
