Job Title:Ticket Operations Intern

Class: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Internship

Location: Fiserv Forum

Pay: $15.00/hour

Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting and providing support to the Ticket Office team on game nights, concerts, and during regular business hours. They will assist with day-to-day operations and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Archtics database cleanup/organization
  • Assist with in-person sales at Ticket Office counter, resolution, and general customer service
  • Assist Full time and part time staff with daily responsibilities
  • Assist with projects throughout the season
  • Assist with in bound phone calls and other office duties as assigned
  • Complete projects provided by the Ticket Operations leadership team
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university and must be an upcoming junior or senior
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous event or ticketing experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills including in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
