Thrift Store Clerk

The Humane Society of Pagosa Springs Thrift Store is looking for a donation receiving team member. This is a fast pace job with a lot of movement throughtout the day. It requires repeatedly lifting heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process customer incoming donations accurately and efficiently
- Schedule and pick-up large furniture from donor's houses as needed
- Assist with receiving and unpacking donations
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy store
- Technical sales knowledge to provide accurate information about products to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
