Threat Radar Engineer / Analyst

We are pleased to announce the opening for a Threat Radar Engineer/Analyst who will join our Technical Solutions Division in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team providing Threat Radar characterization based on all?source intelligence for intelligence community customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Aggregating and analyzing all-source data pertinent to foreign radar systems with a focus on phased array surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems relevant to Integrated Technical Evaluation and Analysis of Multiple Sources (ITEAMS) projects. Characterization efforts include modeling and simulation of radar subsystems to bound performance and form assessments which are consistent with other radar subsystem assessments and all-source intelligence. This requires working knowledge of radar subsystems such as receivers, signal processors, and antennas to model subsystem design while ensuring mutual compatibility among subsystems. Results from these analyses will be formalized into technical briefings and reports for government customers.

Here’s what you’ll need:

You must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or physics. We’re looking for all levels of experience with interest in radar characterization and modeling. Finally, you must possess a SECRET clearance. Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.

You also must have:

+ Technical or tactical knowledge of radar systems.

+ Experience with MATLAB or Python for radar subsystem modeling.

+ The ability to perform at a high level in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.

+ Excellent technical presentation and writing skills.
