Job Description:

Atomic Transport is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Third-Party Logistics Onboarding Specialist. Based out of our main office in Chattanooga, TN, this role will be pivotal in growing and managing our third-party hauling program.

Responsibilities:

· Onboarding new third-party haulers into our network.

· Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

· Serving as a liaison between third-party haulers and operations managers.

· Managing day-to-day communication and coordination with haulers to ensure smooth operations.

· Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Providing support and guidance to haulers as needed.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the trucking industry.

· Strong understanding of third-Party Logistics initiating contracts, setting up insurance, 2290 etc

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
