Job Purpose:
Be part of a central team delivering a professional, seamless, and proactive service to Mulberry clients requiring information or assistance across a variety of topics and platforms. Resolve any issues to the satisfaction of all parties, reflecting the Mulberry values and integrity of the brand.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
eCommerce Platform Management:
Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date
Manage inventory levels, update product availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking
Responsible for gathering needed online attributes, creating and uploading new product data imports to e-commerce platforms and partnering with correct parties for information exchange
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, average order value, cancellation rate
Resolve any customer care issues to the satisfaction of all parties, reflecting the Mulberry values and integrity of the brand
Stock & Order Fulfillment
Monitor and process incoming orders, adhering to company SLA's
Partner closely with US B&M team to action needed stock movements
Track new and replenishment stock movements, ensuring on time and accurate delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and resolve any order or fulfillment issues, including cancellations, and returns
Personal Development
Be proactive within the team and recognize workload priorities
Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as requested
Adhere to deadlines
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of CMS platforms
Works cooperatively and effectively with others in a team to achieve shared objectives
Reliable, punctual, and quick thinking
Displays strong interpersonal effectiveness
Experience in a luxury retail sales environment is advantageous
