Looking for a therapist to join our Private Practice!
Heal and Thrive Therapy is a Private Practice dedicated to promote healing for women, men, and teens throughout the state of Alabama with in-office locations in Mobile and Daphne.
Heal and Thrive Therapy is seeking a licensed clinician who supports the healing journey for clients, loves a flexible schedule, and is interested in working with any of the following specialties: teen anxiety, perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, birth trauma), grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, or marriage/couples counseling.
At Heal and Thrive, you will look forward to:
- Strong marketing support to fill caseload with ideal clients
- Steady stream of client referrals and a solid positive reputation in the community
- Hybrid work environment (minimum 2 days in person, other days can be virtual-you can choose which office location for in person sessions)
- Being a part of a small supportive Private Practice and collaborative team
- Having all systems needed to see clients provided (e.g., HIPAA compliant email, electronic medical record system, telehealth platform. All insurance and client billing is taken care of by Heal and Thrive)
- Complete freedom to set own schedule
Requirements:
- Licensed therapist in the state of Alabama
- Ability to see clients in person in Daphne, AL or Mobile, AL
- Experience working with any of the above specialties
- Desire to see a minimum of 20 clients a week
- Kind, hard-working, and passionate about serving clients
- Solid foundation in evidenced-based modalities and a desire for continued training
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
