This is an incredible opportunity to work on the ONLY team of this kind in Tulsa with our NAVIGATE program. Designed to provide early and effective, community-based treatment to individuals ages 16-30 who have experienced first episode of psychosis, F&CS is one of about 60 sites throughout the U.S. that provides this state-of-the-art, evidence-based model treatment model. Our Individual Resiliency Training therapist position works with this multi-disciplinary team to provide client-centered therapy services to the clients and families served in the program on-site and in the community.
Under clinical supervision and within agency policy and clinical standards, provide direct psychotherapy services producing optimal outcome to a designated NAVIGATE (First Episode Psychosis) population. Services will be provided in one or more settings using EBT materials from the NAVIGATE manuals, along with appropriate supplemental evidence-based practices for other co-occurring mental health conditions. Services include but are not limited to: individual therapy, psychoeducation, screening, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group therapy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and meet department direct service productivity standards. On occasions, may need to meet with a client at 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm to accommodate schedules.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school.
- Must be licensed as a LCSW, LADC-MH, LADC, LMFT, or LPC or under licensure supervision.
- Must be proficient in the identification and treatment of mental disorders, and work well in fast-paced, community-based environment.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning; ability to make timely, accurate clinical assessments.
- Demonstrate knowledge in crisis intervention, demonstrate a working knowledge of Title 43A Oklahoma Mental Health Law.
- Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. [Mileage reimbursement provided when applicable].
