Therapist Mental Health And Substance Use

Anew Behavioral Health is a compassionate behavioral health agency located in Ohio with a new office opening in Akron. We are currently seeking dedicated and professional licensed therapists or social workers to provide therapy services to our clients in office. We work on a hybrid platform, so while most appointments are in-person, some sessions are completed via telehealth platform.

Clinician will be responsible for seeing about 30-37 clients a week M-F, with some flexibility on available hours. Seeking 33-40 hours of full-time availability. Clinician will also be responsible for completing accurate clinical notes in the electronic health record system, following all OH laws and ethical codes for the profession and be responsible for collaborating with patients and community providers as deemed necessary.

Part-time options available as well.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
• Master's Degree or advanced qualifications preferred.
• Must pass a background check
• Experience (1+ year preferred but not necessary)
• Experience and comfort with EMR and Telehealth platforms

Job Duties: Your role will include using your clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in counseling, assessments and preparations of treatment plans, and diagnostic interviews.

• Individual, group and family-oriented sessions.
• Maintain documentation of services provided and client progress.
• Work collaboratively with client, client family, Case Managers and referral sources.
• Work with clients to develop Individual Treatment Plans.
• Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews.
• Liase with medical staff and providers for best care option.
• Must remain in compliance with agency, federal and state confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

Salary: Starting at $45 Contracted Rate.
