SalaryLooking for a FT/PT, LMSW/LCSW/LMHC qualified therapist to join a private practice that provides individual psychotherapy to adults and couples. Counselor to deliver quality mental health care to a diverse client population. The successful candidate will be able to work independently to deliver a holistic approach to counseling to their clients, and will have knowledge in multiple evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT), and will be empathetic and multi-culturally sensitive. Remote. Flexible schedule available.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work independently and provide psychotherapy to clients.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and follow-ups.
- Complete treatment plans and psychotherapy notes in within 48 hours of session.
- Utilize and analyze diagnostic tools as appropriate.
- Serve as a resource for patient needs for ongoing care, information, counseling and provide necessary guidance for any critical situation or conditions

Skills:
- LMSW/LCSW/LMHC licensed in the state of New York and in good standing. Recently licensed ok.
- Malpractice insurance coverage $1m/$3m minimum.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with various theoretical approaches..
- Ability to work independently.
- Computer proficient.
