Provide a range of accessible crisis services which divert individuals experiencing behavioral health crisis from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, jail, and emergency rooms. Perform telephone triage, assessment, stabilization, and work collaboratively with leadership and clinicians to ensure excellent and timely access and delivery of crisis services, provide real time coordination of necessary service delivery, direct clinicians in appropriate timeliness in responding to evolving crisis situations, ensure deployment of appropriate level of service delivery is adhered to and provide case consultation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and meet department direct services productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school.
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma .
- Must be proficient in the identification and treatment of mental disorders.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Must have ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments.
- Demonstrates knowledge in crisis intervention and a working knowledge of 43 A, Oklahoma Mental Health Law.
- Demonstrates competency in conducting specialized risk assessment of suicidal and other high-risk individuals.
- Perform efficiently in emergency remaining calm, and documenting events.
- Must work well in a very fast paced, crisis centered environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
