O2 Counseling is a small Private Practice specializing in relationship counseling for couples, families and individuals. While our main focus is couple therapy, we also provide adult individual therapy for mood disorders, complex trauma, self-esteem and other personal struggles.

O2 Counseling is seeking a therapist who desires to grow clinically, professionally and personally. We encourage AMFTs and LPCs with clinical experience to apply. You might be a great fit at O2 Counseling if you are:

Job requirements
- Graduate degree
- Clinical experience working with couples and families
- Licensed in Illinois as AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD
- Practical experience in at least one of the following models: Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Strategic Therapy, Structural Therapy, Experiential Models
Required skills
- Ability to conceptualize cases
- Be comfortable with conflict and manage emotional escalation in sessions
- Manage full caseload including own schedule, notes and treatment plans
- Understanding and application of attachment and systems theory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 - $78.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
