Therapist -Early Childhood / Infant Mental Health

Position Details

Provide quality Mental Health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of young children (ages 0 -5) and increased family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered primarily in home/community to support the work. Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

Position Requirements:

• Masters Degree in social work or related field
• State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) required
• Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance and Clean driving record
• Prior experience working with children and families
• Possess or eligible for and wiling to actively work towards IMH Endorsement
• Bilingual / Spanish preferred
