We are seeking Theater Files Element at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

The Theater Files Element plans, develops, manages, and  supports Theater Fires Planning in an integrated Multi-Functional Intelligence analysis team. Assists in support of regional and theater fire teams. Supports required training, tools evaluation, daily briefings, policy development, and the occasional RFI-driven Multi INT collection. Leads the collection and daily activities of a team of theater fires data analysts. Delivers targeting, planning, and operational services focused on lethal and non-lethal targeting, multi-domain fire coordination and synchronization, targeting process enhancement, and strategic planning. Brings expertise in  joint targeting operations doctrine from DoD, DA, and USINDOPACOM.

Duties:

  • Conducts intelligence analysis, OSINT collection, operational planning, and fusion/integration of intelligence data in order to produce reports, responses, artifacts, recommendations, findings, and products to priority intelligence requirements as directed. 
  • Develops target recommendations for the joint targeting process, and nominating targets for the joint or restricted target list. 
  • Recommends theater fires objectives, integrating all-source analysis, collection management, and targeting functions. 
  •  Develop C-UAS training tailored for USARPAC AOR.
  •  Leads and plans targeting training and certification and integrate the joint targeting process, air-ground integration, and Army/Joint operations in USARPAC and USINDOPACOM exercises.
  • Provides maintenance and operations services to theater fires systems in the USARPAC AOR. 
  • Gathers feedback from intelligence consumers to determine if the theater fires requirements are being  satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.  
  • Develop theater fires  intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree and five (5)  years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

 DESIRED:

  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires
  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have an active TS clearance to start work
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
