This role is essential for our company's success. The Property Inspector's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners. Weekend and holiday work is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues
- Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department
- Prepare The Property for guest and owner arrivals
- Manage property inventory and staging
- Deliver needed items to guests
- Order/Pick up any inventory items needed and delivery to property
- Run weekly check-in report and schedule accordingly
- Create check-in packets for drop off with all items needed for the guests stay per specification of the unit
- Assist Guest Relations Coordinator with any duties as needed
- Report to Guest Relations Coordinator daily and coordinate schedule

Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation: Mileage reimbursement provided when driving personal vehicle for work purposes
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time- Hourly

Schedule: This position is a part-time, seasonal, position located in Gulf Shores, AL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs. Working hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Weekend and holiday work is required.
