The Doctors Clinic is seeking board eligible/board certified traditional medical dermatologists to join our physician-owned and governed healthcare partnership at Cavalon Place, a clinic located just west of Seattle in Silverdale, Washington State. These 100% outpatient opportunities are primarily traditional medical/surgical dermatology but offer the opportunity for some cosmetic procedures. The community has an established Mohs surgeon, so we can’t promise any amount of Mohs. Enjoy a regular Monday through Friday workweek and no call schedule.

There is a large demand for medical dermatology services in Kitsap County and we are unable to accept new patients. A new physician can expect to build a strong practice quickly!

Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act
The salary range for this position is $380,000 to $420,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic’s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based off of FTE, assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
