The Molecule EffectIs Seeking Experienced Full Time Barista that is passionate about going above and beyond to give exemplary customer service, are genuine and friendly, hard-working, people person, pays attention to the details, understands that being part of a strong team that works hard together and helps each other is what makes the day fun, and enjoyable and lends to a fantastic environment for everyone.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work 5 shifts a week, nights and weekends.

The position we are currently hiring for are not for everyone, so we would like to try to save some time and effort on everyone's part:

Must have some coffee experience and we are happy to train how to make cocktails, someone pays attention to the details

Have availability to work evenings, and weekends

Have a love for coffee, wine, beer, and cocktailsand above all customer service

A genuinely cheerful, optimistic, outwardly friendly person that knows when to take their job seriously but not themselves

About the Full Time Barista / Bartender position

Responsibilities include:

- Midday / Closing Shifts / Cash Register / Leadership

- Engaging customers and surpassing their needs

- Taking orders and ringing up sales

- Preparing and serving coffee, beer, wine, cocktails, and other drinks

- Preparing and serving simple snacks and food

- Developing skills and helping train new hires

- Maintain the store environment and equipment

- Counting and restocking inventory and communicating store needs

- Ensuring food safety standards are met

Additional details:

- Must be 21 or older, as we do have a liquor license.

- Must have open availability and be able to work afternoons, nights and weekends

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.27 - $20.00/hour.
