We are seeking Telephone Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Our Telephone Representatives are responsible for retrieving and inputting data, contacting customers to fulfill requests, training new employees and troubleshooting customer problems. You will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to potential customers, introducing vacation packages, and generating leads for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers
- Strong business development skills

Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
