- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using software applications for customer relationship management (CRM)
- Strong telemarketing skills, including the ability to engage customers, overcome objections, and negotiate effectively
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls to market products or services
- Inside sales experience is a plus
