- Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
- Ability to create test plans and test strategies
- Ability to estimate testing level of effort
- Ability to analyze interface design documents
- Ability to compose quality test cases
- Data analysis
- Facilitate test case reviews
- Create and maintain automation scripts
- Manual Test execution as needed
- Test Defect management
- Ability to determine completeness of testing
- Ability to ensure quality of code being released
- Test Status Reporting
