The Test Operator is responsible for providing test support for the production workload and communicating results to internal customers.

What you’ll do:

• Set-up and configure equipment

Operate Functional Tester or operate HP ATE Tester

• Data collection/filing and interpreting test results
• Communicate with internal customers
• Keep area neat, organized and FOD free
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

• Displays a high-level critical thinking and analysis

Intermediate mathematical skills
Demonstrated self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a “hands on” mentality
Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality
Strong attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Excellent internal and external interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work as part of a team
High level of proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc), Office, and Outlook
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions
Basic familiarity with computer including DOS/Windows 95, Menu bar, Dialogue Area.
Ability to use DVM for resistance, voltage and current readings.
Preferred Qualifications

• Tester Level I Certificate
• Previous Test Operator experience
