Job Description:
JSL is looking for TechRep T&E support with specialized experience coordinating with other agencies and activities to ensure air services are vetted will enable the Test Services Manager to navigate difficult programmatic issues. Act as Test Services Liaison to assist the Government in obtaining outside support required during testing to include aircraft and surface ships coordination. Assist in obtaining test scenario clearances for operational areas, ranges, and range services.
- Coordinate transfer of necessary data/logs from aircraft, Roadhawk, and Cooperative Engagement Capability
- Assist the Government by ensuring up-to-date aircraft flight profiles are provided to appropriate agencies and activities (Federal Aviation Administration, Air Force, local airports, etc.)
- Assist the Government in coordination with the Navy, other Government agencies, and private activities to ensure profiles and plans for airspace clearance are met
- Ensures that appropriate Federal Aviation Administration clearances are in place for activities such as aircraft tracking exercises, chaff drop, jamming, and sphere track operations
- Prepares quarterly test service requirements for submittal to appropriate funding agencies
- Prepare briefing material (flight profiles, hours of operation, specific aircraft/electronic needs, aircrew knee pad data, coordination data, and test documentation) for presentation to flight crews
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years experience with DoD/DON programs, Industry or Government technical management, and Industry or Government business management
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related engineering field, or a minimum of 15 years of experience of in-depth specialized knowledge in the related field such as Operations Management or, knowledge related to Federal Aviation Administration coordination.

- AEGIS Weapons Systems/Combat Systems
- AEGIS T&E Air Coordinator
Security Clearance:
Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
