About this Position:
The Project Management Test Project Leader I (Test ALPL) is an expert in New Model Development and leads a cross functional test team for ATV & SxS projects achieving quality, cost and delivery (QCD) targets. Overseeing the associated development activities for multiple small to medium minor model changes (S to CS Flow), while guiding and developing other Project Management Team members.
Responsibilities include:

Japan engine development and certification ensuring mass production launch timing.
Ensure prototype vehicles usage and testing is conducted while following company
policies and procedures including safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Who we are seeking:
Required Experience:
- 10 years related work experience preferably in Power Sprots or Automotive field
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field

Additional Position Factors:
- Travel: Up to 25% may be required. Amount varies based on demands/responsibilities, conferences, etc.; includes possible overseas travel.
- Physical: Primarily at a desk, some work in a lab and/or test vehicle, frequent keyboarding.
- Hazards: Risks found in a typical office & shop setting. Exposure to explosives/flammables, pressurized equipment, toxic chemicals and moving parts.
- Overtime: Overtime expected based on project demands/responsibilities.
- Maintains professional conduct and follows all departmental, safety, department, and company policies, Procedures, and rules.
