Test Lab Technician

Working within our purpose-built facility 70,000 sq. foot facility, our Test Lab Technicians perform a vital role in our business to help us inspect electronic components from our customers and suppliers for quality and potential counterfeit items.

Progression within our company is encouraged and all our staff undergo a high level of training to help them in their jobs, cross train between Quality Control inspection and Test Lab Tech, and their future development.

Within the role of the Test Lab Technician you will be:

- Undertaking multiple forms of inspecting of electronic components

- Using state-of-the-art test equipment to perform detailed inspections and generate test reports

- Researching component information in order to compare components with data sheet specifications

- Counting and handling electronic components

- Working in a fast pace goal-oriented environment

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed, full training will be given.
• The role does require a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, ability to follow repetitive testing standards, and good eyesight.
• Experience in working within a Lab environment, preferred.
• Components are stored within our warehouse and you will be required to undertake some light lifting (up to 40 lbs) and climb ladders (up to10 ft).
• Ability to work in a ESD and FOD Lab controlled environment.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
• 1 hour Lunch
• Overtime available
