Job Description:
JSL is looking for specialized experience leading AEGIS programs and in-depth knowledge of DoD/DON Test and Evaluation principles and procedures to navigate difficult programmatic issues. Provides technical and engineering support of computer program development testing and shipboard systems testing. Testing will involve diverse customers and programs, including the United States Navy, Missile Defense Agency, Foreign Military Sales, and other programs as required.
1) Manage Test Schedule & Maintenance and Test Documentation Generation.
2) Test Direction and Execution.
3) Test Services Liaison.
4) Test Requirements and Systems Analysis.
5) Shipyard Test Procedure Management.
6) Production Test Support and Test Engineering
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years experience with DoD/DON programs, Industry or Government technical management, and Industry or Government business management
- Minimum of 15 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related engineering field, or a minimum of 20 years of experience in in-depth specialized knowledge in the related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- AEGIS Weapons Systems/Combat Systems
- AEGIS Logistics Management
Security Clearance:
Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
