CACI is seeking a Test Enterprise Integration Lead to join the DMC program at Warner Robins, GA.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Supports both Open Architecture (OA) and Enduring AF DCGS Weapon System.
• Manage Engineering and Test Group support services in the integration of weapons systems, real-time and simulation networks for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) related test and evaluations, telemetry (data acquisition) systems, post-test applications, decision support systems, command and control (C2), and mission planning systems software development testing.
• Manages and oversees all activities performed in the Test Enterprise, including Government and contractor integrators, to satisfy integration and test requirements for the weapon system.
• Coordinates resources to execute integration, test, and maintenance actions in the Test Enterprise in each location.
• Manages schedule and execution of AF DCGS testing and integration efforts in multiple geographical locations, directing multiple independent teams.
• Provides primary interface with AF DCGS PMO, Air Combat Command, DMC, and system users to demonstrate new and existing technologies in the Test Enterprise.
• Responsible for the integrity of the configuration and adherence to the program processes to ensure the Test Enterprise matches the Operational Enterprise as closely as possible.
• Tracks Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Program Increments (PI) events to identify what will be included in the upcoming Integrated Test Cycles (ITCs). Maintains situational awareness on which Controlled Test Environments (CTEs) will be utilized in the 6-week ITC and ensures systems and personnel are available to support from DSIL/DGS-X/DMC.
• Supports AF DCGS related formal Development Testing (DT), as well as C4ISR system testing, validation and verification testing.
• Oversee integration of related hardware and software capabilities into the Weapon System baseline.
• Provide innovative visions and substantiate recommendations on integrating and delivering new capabilities and technologies.
• Represent Test Enterprise at Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings. Provides expertise in test related matters and provides updates to leadership on where programs are headed and any issues.

More About the Role:

• Provides strategic program planning and project management support for modernization and improvements of the Test Enterprise and AF DCGS.
• Provides Government alerts to potential programmatic issues, resource limitation issues, and potential solutions to mitigate those issues.
• Supports planning and life cycle management for ACAT/ART upgrades and patching activities from development and into operational deployment.
• Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures OR may be a recognized subject matter expert.
• Provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results.
• Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area OR may demonstrate innovative influence within a project that has impact and participation from multiple departments.
• Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
• Explains policies, practices and procedures of the job area to others within the organization. May work to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies and procedures.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI.
• 10 Years of Enterprise IT Experience.
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or 6 Years of AF DCGS experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Agile Scrum Master Certification.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Microsoft Azure.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
