CACI is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Enterprise Technology Integration Lead to support our Air Force customer in Warner Robins, GA. This position will be a part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS. You will apply broad holistic knowledge of System and Software Life Cycles to provide analysis and recommendations to improve workflow and shift left critical software- and hardware-integrated sustainment for AF DCGS users, administrators, planners, and engineers.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Review and validate Service Level Agreements for opportunities and trends in Technology Integration.
- Conduct iterative analyses focused on the proactive sustainment of the AF DCGS, identify programmatic shortfalls impeding sustainment, and required changes to ensure sustainment success.
- Lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and reviews; ensure documentation is provided and stored IAW ERM requirements.
- Provide analysis of policy and guidance changes as identified by the Government; recommend updates to planning documents to ensure compliance and clear direction.
- Provide analysis of high-level integration issues; recommend integration sustainment and risk mitigation strategies among ongoing projects and current sustainment, solution fielding, and operations.
- Provide direct support and recommendations to the PMO CM on technology-driven process improvements that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-based.
- Support CM management of the CAB/CCB process and entry criteria, facilitating compliance and rapid movement through the change process and adherence to the Configuration Management Plan.
- Provide direct oversight and guidance to AF DCGS Site Configuration/Data Managers; ensure monthly metrics are delivered to our Air Force customer.
- Provide direct oversight and guidance to AF DCGS Site Liaisons on AF DCGS processes and integration challenges; receive site-specific feedback on system availability and trends.
- This position produces or is responsible for several deliverables.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Master's degree in a technical discipline or 8 years equivalent experience.
- Experience with simultaneously managing multiple projects and teams.
- Ability to engage stakeholders through collaborative tools and services.
- ITIL 4 Certification.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Specific knowledge of AF DCGS life cycle.
- PMP Certification.
- A minimum of four years of operational AF DCGS experience.
