Role:Test Engineer (Controls Testing)
Work Location: Onsite (Mount Laurel, NJ)
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in control testing for a financial services/banking domain client/project
- Should be able to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for control workflows, conduct system tests.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems or workflows.
- Strong proficiency in simulation tools and methodologies.
- Hands on experience working with tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops and exposure to RPA or process automation would be helpful.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as BASEL and protocols related to control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with workflow testing and validation is a plus.
