Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space (CEWS) is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. As an integral part of our diverse team, your expertise will enhance the exciting, innovative capabilities brought forth in our partnership with the Intelligence Community (IC). The support you will provide to our customer will aid in the dissemination of data to various members within the IC, while working together to serve our country and keep it safe for generations to come.
Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
• Analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures
• Preparing for and conducting data collection and analysis, and reporting status and results
• Providing specialized Test and Evaluation (T&E) capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area
• Supporting the development of T&E documentation
• Working individually, or as part of a team, with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
Experience in performing performance tests using dedicated tools

Minimum Qualifications

• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
• 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
• 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. #LI-SG1

One of the following technical certifications, or equivalent:
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEO)
DAWIA - Test and Evaluation - Level 2
Certification Equivalence - 2 years of additional years of experience and completed T&E training
Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI/Poly for consideration
Preferred Requirements

• 14 years Test Engineering
• Ability to automate testing and testing processes
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Knowledge of XML
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Hands-on knowledge to execute evaluation plans on data collected by Testing Tasks
• Ability to plan program and event-level testing for collection of data required for analysis, and to sync T&E events with supported decision points
• Experience assessing operational environments and priorities for evaluation attention and scenario selection, and to coordinate user participation in T&E
• Experience producing Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status Reports, and providing input to Government T&E products
Ability to recommend draft plans and reports from Level 1 tasks for approval by the task leader
