CSEngineering is looking to add T&E Engineers (Junior through Journeyman level) to our growing team! The positions will support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command in Test and evaluate appropriate configurations of hardware, software components, and/or communications networks, as necessary, to deliver stated levels of performance, interoperability, and maintenance support. Design, plan, and manage test programs. Support testing of systems and applications developed for the project solution. Analyze, evaluate, test, review, study, and document all testing efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Outlined below are the critical responsibilities for this position:

• Junior:

1. Supports the Command Test Organization and for some select programs.
2. Performs testing and Evaluation of configurations of hardware, software components, and/or communications networks, as necessary, to deliver stated levels of performance, interoperability, and maintenance support.
3. Designs, plans, and manage test programs.
4. Support testing of systems and applications developed for the project solution. Analyze, evaluate, test, review, study, and document all testing efforts.
5. Performs testing of evolving SSC current system DevSecOps (e.g., automated code review, automated code testing, and automated security scanning to enable the delivery of software through a fully automated pipeline.
6. Performs Crypto testing, as well as systems integration, installation, and testing.
7. Completes testing activities as part of system life cycles and projects.

• Journeyman: Same as Junior with some extra responsibilities.

1. Performs Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities.
2. Designs and implements advanced or automated testing capabilities to accelerate delivery of system capabilities.
3. Conducts the Developmental T&E/Operational T&E to cover all applicable domains.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Current Top Secret or TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible

• 3+ years (Junior) or 5-10 years (Journeyman) of experience in Test and Evaluation, performance, interoperability, design, and maintenance of test programs.
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Administration or related field.

Preferred Certifications and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Technology Management Concentration or related field is a plus.
• Certifications related to testing methodologies, quality assurance, and project management are a plus (i.e., ISTBB, CSDP, PMP).
