KS Manufacturing is a vertically integrated contract manufacturer and custom injection molder located in Northern California.
The Territory Sales Specialist’s function is to plan and execute the necessary market activities to promote and grow sales within their sales territory. Although a candidate with knowledge and experience in the injection molding space would be desired, an individual with a hunter type mentality who can built and grow a network of new and existing opportunities is desired. We provide a lucrative commission package to support this position.

Expectations:
- Responsible for identifying target opportunities and / or accounts, as well as developing and implementing a strategy to maintain a sufficient sales pipeline needed to achieve strategic growth targets and initiatives as defined by management.
- Responsible for identifying new opportunities, then driving, and managing those opportunities / programs (internally and externally) to closure.
- Willingness to learn new skills within plastics industry - Full training will be provided to the right person.
- Willingness to learn new technology - Full training will be provided to the right person.
- Willingness to make a career change from project management, engineering or inside sales to an outside Sales position.
- Key account responsibility as assigned. Responsible for communication and reporting all customer activities, project developments.
- Participate and support all sales efforts, tradeshows, and sales meetings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years sales experience (Healthcare/OEM contract Manufacturing, medical device) highly preferred, but need required. Similar industry experience would be helpful.
- Background in engineering or related field, desired but not required.
- Strong communication skills (oral/written).
- Strong computer skills (communication, presentation, and reporting) Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM disciplines.
- Self-starter and hunter mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
