Job Description
Anational distributor of industrial plumbing components is currently seeking a Territory Sales Rep for their Midwest region. Responsibilities include selling into government industrial accounts within an assigned territory.
- Research the competitive landscape to identify prospects and establish key relationships with new clients
- Effectively conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the company’s product line and capabilities
- Grow existing client base by conducting regular site-visits, corresponding through phone
- Submit complete and accurate daily business report detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
- Present products and services to existing and prospective customers using sample boards, product demo, and the mobile store.
- Effectively conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the company’s product line to prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and submit daily reporting
- Other related duties as assigned
- 1-3 years’ experience outside sales experience in industrial products and services
- A proven track record in prospecting and expanding business within a given territory
- Strong account management skills with a history of developing long-term relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communication at a levels of an organization
- Must be able to purchase or lease an approved vehicle (mobile store)
- Clean driving history
