Our team continues to grow, valuing quality floors and producing beautiful, inspirational finishes. In 2023, we launched the first Quick Floors luxury vinyl collection, which was received well in ways of comfort, style, and performance. Today, the goal is to strengthen the Quick Floors brand in Minnesota and eventually nationwide.

As a Territory Sales Representative - your role is to increase and maintain our floor brand profitability and market share in the Twin Cities, MN area. Main responsibilities will include implementing sales and marketing programs, conducting sales calls, prospecting and analyzing leads, and selling products and display racks. Learn and advance a professional knowledge in this market, use a service-oriented manner, and integrity to create strong relationships and trust. This person focuses on helping the team drive, achieve, and/or exceed the sales goals by:
- Conducting daily sales calls on new or existing customers, with a focus on selling Quick Floors brand collection, samples, and displays.
- Present products to retail dealers, designers, builders, and construction companies
- Construct display racks weighing 50lbs or more on a regular basis.
- Continually prospect for viable new accounts in the designated geographic area
- Prepare reports of business transactions and sales volume
- Communicate periodic sales reports and competitive market conditions to management
- Analyze sales statistics to formulate goals and assist dealers in promoting sales
- Manage travel and entertainment expenditures within budgetary requirements
- Maintaining a high degree of personal integrity

What we need from you:
- 1-3 years of related sales/retail/customer service experience, sales in the flooring or home improvement / remodeling business are a plus
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills. Familiarity with Google Suite, and any lead management system a plus.
- High School degree, GED or equivalent
- Hard surface flooring knowledge a plus
- Able to travel and be on the road
- Comfortable with risk and reward concept
- Proactive and action-oriented to drive increased performance toward our sales objectives.
- Ability to develop relationships with local reps and key associates of Accounts across various industries to drive our brand flooring sales.
- Conducting research through online channels, industry groups, and networking to identify new clients.
- Maximizing new and existing B2B relationships locally as needed.
- Utilizing our internal systems to track client information and sales activity.
- Providing regular reporting to management team
- Able to work independently with little direction at times, and also in a team environment very well
- Able to adapt quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and adjust to change and contribute to developing processes as needed
