We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Philadelphia, Baltimore, Virginia corridor.

Summary:
The Territory Sales Representative oversees the management of the territory and is responsible for the growth of sales and development within a given area. The Territory Sales Representative is also responsible for establishing and maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, supporting new sales through new products and new customers, and helping provide customer training on product applications and use.
Essential Functions:
Optimize every customer’s experience with Essential Industries
Direct work responsibility with one large customer.
Foster the growth of Essential Industries through sales plan development and execution
Provide accurate information in a timely manner on activity and reports including accounts, leads, lost business, sales call reporting, and expense reporting
Maintain accurate prospect and current customer information with continuous communication to various internal departments
Creating and promoting customer’s satisfaction, loyalty, and delight by:
Communicating with customers in the given territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and better understand their needs
Discussing customer purchase orders and the purchase order process
Resolve any complaints or disputes
Providing timely feedback to questions or concerns
Help reps demonstrate products and product applications and assist in the selection to best meet customer needs
Support necessary training for customers to obtain the best results of our products
Preparing proposals and reports
Providing pricing information, product literature, and other related material
Troubleshooting product questions or issues
Sharing customer feedback and observations, and bringing forward potential solutions/recommendations
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending regular sales meetings, sales team conference calls, one-on-one meetings, and responding to emails and phone calls from sales management and other staff in a timely manner
Continue the development of expertise in Essential Industries’ products and services
Foster growth of Essential Industries by attending trade shows/special events
- Operate a company vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

This is not a sedentary role; and the successful candidate will be traveling frequently within the given territory to meet with prospective and current customers, and provide product application demonstrations and presentations. This position requires 60%-70% of travel within the given territory. 10% of travel is required for outside territory events such as trade shows and in-house meetings. This requires the ability to lift, move bend, and stand, as well as lift 20+ lbs as necessary.
