This role offers remote work flexibility when not on the road 2-3 days a week (no overnights). Your primary mission is to promote and secure preventative maintenance Service Contracts with key commercial clients, such as hospitals and universities. With deal sizes averaging between $2k and $10k and a typical one-month sales cycle, you will balance acquiring new business with nurturing current partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a background in contract service sales, with a focus on preventative maintenance services in sectors like generators/power, HVAC, or related industries, complemented by an understanding of mechanics.
