Our client is headquartered in Baraboo, Wisconsin with two plants and approximately 400 employees. The Territory Sales Manager role will focus on account management and business development for the greater Wisconsin & upper Midwest region. This position is unique from other sales roles as it deals with contract manufacturing which often involves year-long + engagements with individual clients. The Sales Manager role is supported by a team of 4 other Territory Sales representatives, the VP of Sales, and is based out of the Baraboo office (minimal travel requirements).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers 
• Assess and understand customer requirements and present the appropriate services to secure new business 
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with the client's volume, price, and profit objectives
• Perform some Account Management duties to maintain existing relationships

Qualifications:

• Experience working with OEM sales and/or contract manufacturing sales 
• Sales experience with any aspect of plastics manufacturing (thermoforming, resin, polymers, etc.) is a plus 
• A business-development-focused background 
• A bachelor's or higher degree is a plus but is not required with the right experience
