Territory Manager & Technical Service Specialist

Morris Equipment (USA) Inc. is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of precision air drills, tillage, and hay hauling equipment. Our company goal is to provide farmers with the most efficient and reliable products and best customer service possible.

We are looking for one individual for the position as a Territory Manager & Technical Service Specialistto join our team. This is a remote position, covering areas within USA (Montana, North & South Dakota). Preference would be given to those based out of Montana.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & N.A. Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will professionally represent Morris/ProAG and work closely with our Dealer network. Major activities are focussed on growing Morris and ProAG dealer business by establishing strong productive relationships with the territory dealers.

The successful candidate must have post secondary education in mechanics or computer technology or related technical background. Relevant progressive experience of 2+ years in customer service-related job functions is an asset. Knowledge of product design and functionality. High technical affinity and strong knowledge of electronics, software, monitors, engine control units (ECUs), hydraulics and wiring schematics. The ability to work in a fast-changing workplace. Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral) and strong interpersonal skills in building relationships. Good time management skills. A positive attitude and focus. Farming background and knowledge of Morris/ProAG equipment would be an asset. And you must have a valid passport and clean driver’s license for required business travel.
