We are seeking someone based in the Phoenix, AZ area or in Colorado. This territory covers Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Las Vegas.
What You’ll Work On
- Strive to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plans
- Develop business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plans
- Consistently work on building a balanced pipeline of target prospects through traditional means of prospecting (cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn) as well as building and leveraging partners to provide referrals and business development opportunities
- Grow brand recognition through superior customer service and product adoption
- Partner with assigned clinical specialists to drive utilization and develop best clinical practices
- Record all customer activity and communication in company’s customer relationship management software (i.e., Salesforce)
- Utilize CRM system to drive business growth and planning
- Commit to travel as necessary for position and pipeline growth
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers, including clinicians, purchasing personnel and administrators
- Communicate regularly with current and prospective customers on purchasing programs, brand growth and utilization trends
- Increase penetration and product adoption within existing accounts to win orders for new and existing line of products and services
- Identify and participate in applicable local, regional, and national conferences to drive customer interaction
- Report customer feedback following Company procedures.
- Incorporate and utilize Integrity Selling or other company-assigned multi-step selling
- Build strong product and clinical knowledge on Immersive Healthcare products,
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
- Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of medical sales experience, 3+ of which must be in capital-based medical device sales; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation sales experience preferred
- Strong clinical, technical and organization skills
- Ability to function in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously: setting tasks and direction under limited supervision.
