TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Manufacturer/Supplier of Construction Waterproofing Systems in California on their search for a Territory Manager (Sales) to achieve maximum sales profitability by effectively selling the company's products and services.
The Territory Manager contacts and secures new business accounts, sectors, and customers via phone, on-site visits, account management, customer service, and retention strategies.
Title: Territory Manager (5-10+ years)
Project Types: Commercial, Multifamily/Mixed-use, Residential, Food processing, Fish Hatchery, Warehouse, Hospitality, Office in relation to their Waterproofing Systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential accounts through the studying of market trends and needs for growth in certain areas
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships in companies current book of business while acquiring prospective customers in assigned territory to generate new business
- Graciously handle issues when they arise, retaining accounts, and expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Introduce and expand product line offerings, highlight product features and benefits to customers project
- Sales process initially through cold calling over the phone to build and develop relationships with qualifying potential customers
- Contribute to and maintain the outstanding reputation if the company but always putting the customer first
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Territory Manager with similar products, services, and offerings
- Experienced and knowledgeable of Waterproofing systems for construction projects of various sectors such as Pool/Residential, Commercial, Office, Multifamily/Mixed-use, Fish Hatchery, Warehouse, Hospitality
- Sales Rockstar that goes above and beyond for their company and client base to ensure customer satisfaction for continued business
- Traveling throughout California and the Northwest statesrequired
- Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills
